I had to phone Hewlett Packard today.
I went to use the printer, and my mouse just froze.
Try as I might, I could not get it unstuck.
Ctrl-Alt-Del didn't make any difference.
The printer just kept reporting it was offline.
Hewlett packard said they could help, as long as I knew the model number
I sent them the model number and even the serial number.
They still couldn't diagnose why this would have made my mouse stick, so I sent them a pic...
