This week is the 25th anniversary of the end of the Falklands War. There have been no TV specials, "25 years on." No stories of heroes of this conflict. No remembrance of the people that lost their lives. I'd like to say something funny and lighthearted about it, but it was something I still feel to this day could have been avoided. If the Argentinians hadn't gone in, all guns blazing. If the British had ended it diplomatically, if Thatcher hadn't been in power. Too many if's.
Anyway, here's this week's commemoration.
