Commenting on being unable to comment.

Help! I can't set up any comment engines fro blogger. This is a plea asking if any of you can offer help I'll give you admin rights so that maybe you can get the code to work, but at the moment I'm buggered. Please email me on blogatrikaitchdotplusdotcom if you can help.
 I get "View comments," but that's all. Clicking the actual link just opens up a blank page. Why can't people leave things that work alone?
