Yep, Tesco relented. More than I would have been happy with in fact. They not only refunded my £30 overcharge, but they in fact refunded the full amount of the camera.

And gave me a £5 voucher in store for my trouble.

And gave me a £10 voucher AND a letter of apology via Mr. Royal Mail this morning.

Result.

Can anyone beat that?
