Halloween

Being Halloween, and being weeteevee day, I have the perfect opportunity to show this video. Those that know me know I'm a huge fan of Only Fools and Horses, probably the greatest comedy ever made. The bittersweet situations of a family of dodgy likeable cockneys has never taken off anywhere else in the world. David Jason made the lead character his own, and the supporting actors were always perfect back ups to present a funny story well. Back in the early days, the sitcom was a bit too close to reality to take off, but as we got to know the characters more and more we grew to love them. The second series, back in 1983, saw a rare excursion into the country to go fishing (or poaching, we never knew). Unfortunately the weather got bad, and a mad axe murderer escaped from the local nut house.
