We know that the nation's favourite dish is curry. I can't see why, but mainly because I'm not a curry fan. This got me thinking, what other everyday things would sum us up as a nation?
The nation's favourite car - A 1992 ford sierra with a coat hanger for an aerial (antenna, Dad) and one bald tyre.
The nation's favourite holiday - Magaluf, where we get too much sun, drink too much beer, and shag too many 19 year olds from Coventry.
The nation's favourite consumer electrical item - A 50" LCD flat screen TV with in built freeview and 32 inputs for scart devices.
The nation's favourite beverage - Tea. (brought to you by the wife)
The nation's favourite alcoholic beverage - Stella. (if not brought to you by the wife, used to motivate you to beat the wife.)
The nation's favourite crime - Smuggling out sunglasses in a child's hat from a shop 'by mistake'.
The nation's favourite mobile phone - A flip phone, with 3 megapixel camera, worn keypad from texting too much and a slightly cracked screen.
The nation's favourite radio station - Radio 2, but only for Ken Bruce and Steve Wright. Radio 1 to appear cool, and so you know what Chris Moyles is up to.
The nation's favourite day out - A beach, with shopping in a car boot sale on the way, and chips from a plastic tray on the way home.
The nation's favourite way to communicate - L33t spk frm txt wn out or MSN Messenger when indoors.
