Do animals have accents?

A group of researchers have decided to find out if animals have accents much like us humans do. Do dogs from Japan bark differently to dogs from Germany? Do pigeons have a different coo in the US compared to South Africa? So, to test this, they decided they'd set up a website where you, my darling public, have to send in recordings of your cat and it's location.
